The health and safety of our customers and employees are top of mind amid concerns about coronavirus (COVID-19). That’s why we wanted to share with you information on how we are proactively monitoring the situation and the steps we are taking to help ensure that we operate safely and effectively.

Sales Protocol

  1. Hand soap, disinfectant spray, & other all-purpose cleaners are located in the office & restrooms at all times.
  2. Steering wheels, door handles, & shifters are wiped down & cleaned prior to all test drives.
  3. All associates are required to properly wash their hands on a regular basis, as well as clean & disinfect their office daily. This includes all counters, desks, and tabletops.
  4. Bathrooms are sanitized & disinfected throughout the day.

Service Protocol

  1. Hand soap, disinfectant spray, & other all-purpose cleaners are located throughout the service center at all times.
  2. Steering wheels, door handles, & shifters are wiped down & cleaned upon arrival and pick up of customer vehicles.
  3. All technicians are required to properly wash their hands on a regular basis, as well as clean & disinfect their work area daily.
  4. Bathrooms are sanitized & disinfected throughout the day.

Should an employee sneeze or cough, they are required to cover their nose & mouth. If an employee is not feeling well or is displaying symptoms, they must go and/or stay home.
